Last-Minute Cancellation Policy
At The Hair Gallery, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. However, last-minute cancellations affect our stylists schedules and other clients who may wish to book. To ensure the best possible service for everyone, we kindly ask that all clients follow our cancellation policy outlined below:
Notice Requirement:
We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service fee. This charge will need to be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any prior notice (no-show) will be charged 100% of the service fee. The fee must be settled before booking your next appointment.
